About these terms

These terms apply to golongorgohome.com and to text messages from Longyards LLC (“Longyards”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

SMS program

Program: Longyards LLC text messages, sent from golongorgohome.com (Go Long Or Go Home, the website of Longyards founder Chris Long). There are two kinds of message, and you choose each one separately on our forms:

Transactional (the first box): messages about the request you submitted, such as a reply to your enquiry, call scheduling and reminders, and the link to a resource you asked for.
Marketing (the second box): recurring automated promotional and informational messages, such as newsletter updates, live webinar reminders and offers from Longyards LLC.

How you opt in: by entering your phone number and ticking one or both unchecked SMS consent boxes on one of our website forms. Neither box is required to submit. You must be 18 or older to opt in to text messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
To opt out: reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.
For help: reply HELP to any message, or email [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
