Chris Long and Longyards LLC (“we”, “us”) operate golongorgohome.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site, join the newsletter or contact us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Information you give us through our forms:

Your name, email address and, if you choose to give it, your phone number
How you heard about us, and anything you write in a message or application
Whether you told us you are an accredited investor (self-reported — we do not verify it here)
Your choices about email and text messages, including the wording you agreed to and when

Information collected automatically: the page you submitted from, the referring page, and standard technical data such as browser type and device, collected by our website and email platforms.

How we use it

To send the newsletter and anything else you asked for
To reply to enquiries, applications and speaking or talent requests
To send text messages, but only if you opted in to them
To understand which pages and sources bring people to us, and improve the site
To meet our legal obligations and keep records of consent

Text messages (SMS)

We only text you if you tick the SMS consent box on one of our forms. That box is never pre-checked; our forms ask you to tick it before submitting, and consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you join the newsletter, you agree to receive emails from us. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect promptly.

When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

With service providers that run our website, CRM, email and text messaging on our behalf, who may use it only to provide those services to us
When required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public
As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy

None of this sharing includes SMS opt-in data or consent, as stated above.

Investment information

Telling us you are an accredited investor is a self-reported statement used to decide what information is relevant to you. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities. Any investment is offered only to qualified investors through the relevant offering documents.

How long we keep it, and how we protect it

We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including keeping records of consent, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
